Patricia Harris: “I am responsible for Talent Acquisition in the US & Canada. My team takes tremendous pride in the acquisition of top talent which directly contributes to the company's ability to achieve its objectives and goals. My favorite quote is "Great vision without great people is irrelevant”. We attract and hire great people to make Software AG’s vision possible. My hobbies are traveling to exotic places, and I am a Yoga enthusiast.”

Keaira Wortham: “I am the HR Coordinator in the Reston-US HQ and I am responsible for assisting the department with whatever needs anyone may have. I work closely with Fran and Patricia in Recruiting, my main focus being all new hires; making sure their onboarding process is as seamless as possible. Among those things I also have the opportunity to focus on Social Media output, working on our new Glassdoor initiative and assisting on building the brand of Software AG from a Human Resources view point. Some of my hobbies are traveling, visiting different museums, cooking and baking, visiting historical cities in the USA!”

Fran Gerrard: “I am a Senior Recruiter for North America. I enjoy meeting with candidates and identifying opportunities that will help them in the next step of their career. I love talking about Software AG, our products, customers, culture and benefits. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, scrapbooking and traveling.”

What you like about Software AG or your job

Sumit F, Technical Support Analyst  (center-blue shirt) --Well, there are plenty of reasons. One which stands out is that we get to interact with students who aspire to be employees of Software AG. I went to George Mason for a career fair as part of software AG’s hiring team. We talked about current job openings and Software AG’s offerings to its customers. Not so long ago, I was a student and actively hunting for jobs. It’s pretty cool to be on the other side of the spectrum! I enjoyed the overall experience a lot. -

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Software AG (Reston, VA).

    Met once with the hiring manager, and once with the current HR team members. Had a follow up phone conversation with the recruiter, and the employee who referred me. Was extended an offer within a few days of the interview. It was a very standard interview process.
