Continue to reach out to employees and listen. A work hard play hard philosophy is a great approach and is how to keep the energy level high.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Software Guidance & Assistance.
Had an initial phone conversation with the hiring manager, met in person with managers etc. Very standard questions, very easy, no real challenge in the interview. I was offered a position and turned it down for lots of reasons, mostly because I did not want to work with said hiring manager who was pushy and annoying even though I only met this person on the phone.
