-Great culture: nearly everyone at the company shares a common love for travel and also get behind our 5 company values (Be genuine, Center around the customer, Deliver wow, Embrace Inclusion, and Win as a team) -Leadership: authentic and caring CEO, pro-active and communicative exec team and management -Team: teammates, including cross-functional project-based teams are friendly and dependable -Manager: I literally cannot say enough good things about her! She was one important reason I decided to join Sojern and is the primary reason I am still at Sojern.
Cons
Sojern has weathered the toughest storm (ie: COVID) and actually came out stronger; however, there is a general concern about the future in a "cookieless" world and how a recession would impact our business.
