    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sojitz (Singapore (Singapore)).

    Interview

Small, casual group discussion with two recruiters. Asked mainly about why you want to work at the company, what you know about the company, any concerns you have etc. Felt more like taking turns to answer questions than an actual discussion. For whatever reason, recruiters seemed very amused by stories about drunken antics even though they were awkward and felt very unprofessional. Not sure if this means being a good drunk is a job requisite. Other than that, the recruiters generally set an easy-going atmosphere. Total time about one hour.
