Good work environment with young and lively coworkers. Employees are determined everyday to work hard and really come together to work as a team.
Hours can get very long at times. Having to stay overtime when one already has a plan in mind can be very demoralizing.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Sol Food Restaurant (San Rafael, CA).
Dropped of paper application (available in the restaurants). Called back soon after. Interviewed by two of the owners - Victor and wife Sol, in small office at restaurant. Very few questions. Broad experience questions only. No resume, background check, etc. needed.
