I have been working at SolAero Technologies full-time

    Pros

This company has excellent leadership and great people to work with. Everyone gets along well and are supportive of each other. The space solar cell programs that SolAero works on are using cutting edge technology with customers such as NASA, Lockheed, Ball, and JPL. The pay is competitive and comes with excellent healthcare benefits. Finally a company that makes the morning commute worthwhile!

    Cons

Being a manufacturing company there are some ups and downs in work loads.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SolAero Technologies (Albuquerque, NM).

    Interview

Flew to ABQ for the interview. Interview process was 4hrs of the same questions over and over again from 12 different people. Then I didn't hear back from them for 2 weeks until I got an offer. Then they wanted an answer NOW. The offer was attractive. However, after thinking about some of the remarks from a few interviewers, researching the company a little more on glassdoor, and further evaluating the city of ABQ, I couldn't convince myself that taking this job and relocating my family to ABQ was the best option.
