We are a team. We work hard, collaborate and are always focused on the families we serve.
I’m extremely happy. I could say I’d like to make more money or have more time off but who wouldn’t? This jobs is actually more than a lot of other places I’ve looked.
Advice to Management
Yesterday our CEO stood in front of the entire office team and told us that we have far more referrals coming in than we have openings for. That this is a time to work together, stay positive and focused on connecting our families to services. She told us when we get busy and stressed that is when it’s easy to be negative and work against each other, but we don’t do that at Solace. She gave a rallying cry for all of us to step up to the plate. It left us all with goose bumps, and gave the boost we need right now to get through this busy time. I’ve never had a meeting like that before.
I applied online. I interviewed at Solace Home Healthcare.
Interviewer was very informative and professional. Made me very comfortable. More like a conversation than an interview. Did ask several questions about my experiences and why I wanted to work in the home health setting. Took about an hour.
