I worked at SolarCity full-time
Working in a very active and unpredictable market
Layoffs and office shut downs if government utilities place a net on amount of solar they'll allow to be generated
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at SolarCity (Fresno, CA) in May 2010.
I had one interview, was told that CM make $70k per year (Qualified) then was given $60k. I am a Licensed General and Electrical Contractor who holds the same license that Solarcity does. I know how they got their license... I earned mine.
No negotiation, I thought I had agreed to $70k and didn't read the fine print that listed $60k
Employment in the U.S. solar industry recently surpassed 200,000 people – that’s more than the oil and gas extraction industry, and three times more than the coal-mining industry. Learn more about solar's rapid growth: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQXlG
