I have been working at SolarFlare Communications full-time

Engaged managers and leadership: people regularly speak to you and want to hear your ideas and input.
People care about the work they do: working together easily and harmoniously
Company really values its employees: great benefits, good pay, lots of perks, free food, free gym, lots of other great things for employees
Co-workers are great: all are the best in their fields and really work well together and accomplish really amazing things
Work Life balance: It is really good, especially for being a small company. We have to work hard to get our products out, so there are some long days. There are no long days just for the sake of being here putting in face time which is rare I think.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SolarFlare Communications (Irvine, CA) in May 2017.

I was first contacted by Solarflare’s recruiter via Linkedin, and set up a couple of phone interviews. Then I was invited for an on-site interview, which had two technical interviews (one hour each). A about a month later, I had the final interview, 3 technical, 1 HR and 1 with VP.
