20m call with recruiter, 30m video interview with two "Solarians", 30m video interview with the future manager, 10m call with verbal offer; The entire process from the first call to the offer took about four weeks, which is relatively good. Sadly I was left waiting for several minutes at the beginning of every single interaction, which shows a lack of respect for the interviewee's time and schedule. Information from the different people varied and there were inconsistencies with what I was told, which hints to a bad internal communication or preparation for the interviews. And finally after getting the offer I felt very pressured into accepting from several ends, which was the final red flag needed to reconsider and finally declining.InterviewWhat was a difficult situation that you had to handle?
