I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Solera (United Kingdom)
InterviewThe interview process was fairly simple and straightforward. First - HR interview and they asked me to complete assessment (reasoning and cognitive). Once that's done, I had a round of interview with one of the directors(this was majorly reg. my experience and few questions around my profile) . Got a mail that I was shortlisted and had an interview with Sr. Director which went well (more of an informal chat and to check if I'm culturally fit) and supposedly that was the last round. And then there was no communication for a week even after multiple emails and messages.2 weeks later they come back saying we are not hiring anyone for this role. Had to thank everyone for wasting my time on the whole process.
