undefinedSoliant is a proud sponsor of the U.S. Olympic Team

Soliant Health | Proud Sponsor

After the Olympic Games are over, we help elite athletes win big in their careers.

Our Athlete Career Program, developed in partnership with United States Olympic Committee, helps U.S. Olympians, Paralympians, coaches and hopefuls build their professional skills and prepare for life after sport.

These elite athletes bring unique skills - teamwork, time management, determination, international experience and more - to the workplace, and we help bring them together with great career opportunities at leading companies.

In fact, we hired one of these elite athletes ourselves. Keith Moffatt, a Junior Pan Am gold medalist and 2012 Olympic hopeful was hired through the Athlete Career Program as a Soliant junior recruiter.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Soliant Health (Tucker, GA) in June 2018.

    Interview

The interview process consisted of an initial phone interview that contained mostly basic interview questions to see if I was a candidate that was worthy of a second interview. The second interview was a one on one interview where they asked more detailed questions about my background, and explained how the job worked and what kind of benefits that I would receive if I were to start working there.
