    Senior DevOps Engineer Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Canada
    No Offer
    Negative Experience

    Interview

Apparently, Sonatype has a hard requirement for video-proctored CCAT (Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test) and EEP (Employee Personality Profile) tests, and they have minimum requirements for the score. They even suggested that I study for the CCAT ahead of time. The CCAT is an IQ test; in my jurisdiction IQ testing is technically legal BUT cannot be used to make a hiring decision, which means there can't be a minimum score.

Do you agree to take a video-proctored CCAT and EEP test to continue with this job application?
