I have heard that a newly hired Respiratory Therapist was fired from his last hospital for sexual harassment (heard from employees who work at both my hospital as well that hospital) Reports have been sent to our HR dept and they have only said “well he didn’t tell us that” and have not looked into the matter. What can be done to keep our employees and pediatric patients safe from this employee? I know it is based on the allegations but I don’t love the way it’s being brushed under the rug..

Been with company for 14 years, never a write up , I went into the accessible file drive to see about what holiday I was working NYE or NYDand saw something that should have been in locked mode. It was our new schedule, everyone had to change , company going in new direction.
