Having joined the Sonora Leadership team 2.5 years ago, I am proud of the strides we have made. Culture, Compliance, and Patient Centered Care are our motivations to make Sonora a provider and employer of choice.

    Cons

Navigating the Pandemic has proven challenging for all of us; especially those in health care. This field is not for everyone; but if you are a behavioral health professional seeking a work family who makes a positive difference for our patients and each other everyday, I encourage you to reach out!

I applied online. I interviewed at Sonora Behavioral Health (United States)

      Interview

I was contacted in less than 2 weeks. Had a phone interview immediately. Had an in-person interview less than a week later. Everyone from the front desk to the interviewers where so sweet and welcoming. Before leaving I was advised of the next steps and time frames of those steps. I was given opportunities to ask questions or bring up any concerns I had about the job I interviewed for. Great interview experience!
