I worked at Sonova full-time
They have a well thought out benefits package
Lack of growth opportunities
Favoritism among managers
They lie about your pay
Toxic work environment (employees lie on employees and Human Resources makes decisions as to who they will believe based on their own bias and prejudices.
Advice to Management
Grow up and take care of your employees; give promotions where promotions are due.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sonova (Stäfa (Switzerland)).
First interview was over Skype with the team-leader/manager.
One month later, on-site interview (case study) with the team-leader, the team, the line manager and finally the HR
Two weeks after an offer was made.
In overall, very respectful, relaxed and professional interviews, a nice team spirit with assessment of the soft-skills.
