They have decent benefits, sell an okay product, and sell something that actually helps people.
The middle and upper management are deceptive and don't trust their employees, and the computer system is frustrating, even for a nerd.
Advice to Management
Open communication between all levels of employees, not to mention honesty about upcoming changes, could provide more employee loyalty.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sonus (Bengaluru (India)) in August 2015.
I got a call through Elitmus. There were 3 continuous technical rounds and a HR round. I was asked questions about Unix, networks, C++.The interviewer seemed very knowledgeable. My interview went pretty well. Was expecting an offer as they said results will be announced in a week. But dint get an offer.
