I worked at Sony DADC full-time
Mostly good people, with excellent knowledge of their workflows. They focus on providing value to their customers.
They sometimes need to keep up with the hairbrained ideas of their competitors to stay in the conversation with prospective customers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Sony DADC in February 2016.
I was emailed by a recruiter about the job and I called her back. She asked me four simple behavioral questions. After that I was scheduled for an interview. I went to the warehouse security was very strict and I had to go through metal detectors on my way out NO CELL PHONES ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING AT ALL! The lady who interviewed me was very nice and she asked me some more simple questions and then I met with the floor manager who I would be working for and he didn't ask me anything just availability and about my previous jobs. I was offered the job but until my background came back I had to work for a temp agency (which seems odd) and then I would be hired on personally the pay is low but I still accepted the offer. Pretty easy interview and process.
There is no negotiation the pay rate is what it is a little over $11.00.
