Incentivize your team for the efforts they make to market your products not just for sales.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sony.
If you submit online, a recruiter reaches out pretty quickly if interested, and then they forward you on to their manager. There is a lot of back and forth with emails, as they might ask additional questions, or even refer you to other job opportunities within Sony if they find you interesting. This was definitely a plus.
