Diversity Programs & Initiatives

To kick off Sony's Diversity month, we hosted our first Virtual Global Employee Network Fair to allow employees from our various Employee Network Groups to talk about their missions and how others can get involved.

Employee Network Groups are communities within Sony formed by employees that share a commonality or interest. These groups help impact the business by serving as strategic partners with diverse perspectives. They provide members with professional development and community outreach opportunities and promote and enhance a culture of understanding, acceptance and inclusion.

Sony Music believes diversity drives innovation and we are committed to an environment that is empowering and inclusive. We’re excited to continue to deliver on that commitment with the introduction of our NEW Data Strategy and Analytics Rotation Training Program created to provide an opportunity for people who have historically been underrepresented (Black, Hispanic/Latinx and Indigenous) in the data strategy and analytics professions. The two-year rotation program will begin in August 2021, with rotations through four departments and across both the NYC and London offices. This is an exciting opportunity to begin working in the music industry as a data professional. Interested? Apply today!
