Some great titles and events so the work could be fun at times. A few prestigious brands propped up everything else.
Constant fear of layoffs, decreasing benefits, no raises, bonuses went away. Senior management felt employees should be grateful to have a job so no raises were given out for a few years.
Advice to Management
None, management all got let go!
3 phone interviews. very candid. phone interview lasted between 10-15 minutes with the recruiter, hiring manager, and then an on site interview. basic questions with the understanding of the job description and what it entailed. no trick questions or difficult ones either
