I was hired through a temp agency. Friendly, co-workers, and truck drivers. Very relaxed atmosphere. Can leave after finishing the job.
Hiring family members who are not competent at all and at the same time will fire someone who they feel is "less fit", even if their performance is better than their families.
Advice to Management
Don't choose family when you know they are not fit!
3 phone interviews. very candid. phone interview lasted between 10-15 minutes with the recruiter, hiring manager, and then an on site interview. basic questions with the understanding of the job description and what it entailed. no trick questions or difficult ones either
