Mission: OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES:
Reward for Value...
It's a matter of principle and practicality...Our contingency model holds us accountable for achieving results. We must produce value.
I have been working at Source One Management Services full-time (More than 3 years)
Everyone is challenged to add value - to strike a balance between following a proven process - and throwing the playbook out the window when it's warranted. You are encouraged to take risks, to be candid about your needs and wants, to learn from your mistakes, and to help others learn as well.
I think in any company where you don't have hundreds and hundreds of coworkers, small problems or issues tend to get magnified and blown out of proportion as people take things personally that aren't meant to be.
The reward for good work is more work!
Advice to Management
Continue to be adaptive to the needs and wants of your employees
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Source One Management Services in April 2016.
I applied online and I was called the next day by the HR Director of that office. She set up an interview with me on a day I was free at 9:30am. She was out sick so another hiring manager took her place and asked me questions about my past and what I thought about certain things. He said expect a call around 4pm if I get accepted to the next part and if not, don't take it personal. This part took about 15-20 minutes
the second interview was around the same time as the first. this time i was with another manager and we went outside and walked around a bit showing me what they would be expecting me to do at entry level. After that, we sat at the cafe and spoke a bit more about the job and the promotion, pay, and type of things each levels are expect to do. We then went back to the first hiring manager and he asked me more questions about the job and why they do the things they do. He said to expect a phone call within the day if i would be interviewing more people later. I got a call around 5pm that day. This part took about 2-3 hours
