I worked at Source One Management Services (More than a year)
I loved working at Source One. I was an intern throughout my senior year and they worked with me for flexible hours that worked around my class schedule. My supervisor cared about my experience and always offered new opportunities for me to learn something, whether it was sitting in on a kick off meeting with a client or a collaborative session with upper management.
The company culture was the perfect balance of working hard and having fun. I would recommend their internship program to anyone interested in hands-on experience in consulting, supply chain management, communications or marketing.
I really can't think of any.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Source One Management Services in April 2016.
I applied online and I was called the next day by the HR Director of that office. She set up an interview with me on a day I was free at 9:30am. She was out sick so another hiring manager took her place and asked me questions about my past and what I thought about certain things. He said expect a call around 4pm if I get accepted to the next part and if not, don't take it personal. This part took about 15-20 minutes
the second interview was around the same time as the first. this time i was with another manager and we went outside and walked around a bit showing me what they would be expecting me to do at entry level. After that, we sat at the cafe and spoke a bit more about the job and the promotion, pay, and type of things each levels are expect to do. We then went back to the first hiring manager and he asked me more questions about the job and why they do the things they do. He said to expect a phone call within the day if i would be interviewing more people later. I got a call around 5pm that day. This part took about 2-3 hours
