I worked at SourceHOV full-time (More than a year)
good people makes the work a lot more fun, work was typical and usually repetition daily but there are different types of documents for the job. Supervisors are all very nice and friendly, they don't act very high up and cocky, some leads yes, but supervisors no. do everything properly and there shouldn't be a problem. Sometimes they give free food for holidays and have giveaways and photo booths.
you can not trust some people, as for any place you work. management changes, company changes and sometimes lack of work puts people on call, sad to see some friends go and they don't really value employees especially the hard working one. a lot of favoritism based on how close someone is to someone else.
Advice to Management
offer part time positions. would be a nice part time job. raise the pay for some jobs that are deserving. try to see who truly works hard and actually reward those that do before they leave because of how they treat some employees.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at SourceHOV (Dallas, TX) in September 2016.
The interview process was two-fold, recruiter first, then hiring manager. Both interviews took place over the phone. I was referred by an employee and applied. I was also recommended by the employee to the hiring manager. Between the recruiter interview and the hiring manager interview was one week. Between the hiring manager interview and the final decision not to make me an offer was three weeks. The entire process was well conducted. Both the recruiter and hiring manager were extremely professional in their questions and in their candor.
