I have been working at SourceOne full-time (Less than a year)
The people at HFDC truly care about their patients and each other. You can feel just how dedicated everyone is the first time you walk through the office door.
There's a lot to do. For some people this might be a con. For those who are ambitious and who want to be the best, it's a pro.
Advice to Management
Update the website.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SourceOne (Marion, NC) in April 2014.
The interview process was casual and comfortable and the interviewer was pleasant. The problem in the process is that the ad for the job wants customer service representatives making $410.00 per week with full-time hours and has a number to call. The ad does not tell you anything about the job itself, nor do those who answer your call even though they set up the interview immediately. This to me is a bit shady in itself, so after completing the interview process I declined their callback.
