I worked at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center full-time (More than a year)
Absolute wonderful staff! Along with hours and benefits were also very good. I was able to learn so much working with some of the most experience woman! They were all so kind and very intelligent!
To be honest the only bad thing I can say was that I hate that I had to leave. I didn't want to let that job go. It was an awesome job and had room to move u! However I was pregnant with my first born and decide to stay home with her!
Advice to Management
Keep up the amazing work! Y'all are an awesome group of woman and very caring as well!
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center (Foley, AL) in July 2014.
There is an individual interview, then a peer and scanning interview.
During the individual interview you are alone with the director of radiology, he asks you about yourself and tells you about the hospital. The peer interview you are asked a series of questions by members of the radiology department and they score you on your answers. I didn't get the job, but everyone was nice and he called me to tell me very quickly.
