    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at South Coast Community Services (Colton, CA) in July 2013.


    It was a large group (approximately 20 people) interview with a 4 person panel asking the same questions to all group members. It lasted over an hour. At the end, the panel asked what locations and programs we would prefer to work in (however this was not taken into account when I eventually accepted the job offer).

    • "Describe your most challenging client and what you did to provide them mental health services".
