    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at South Indian Bank (Kolkata (India)) in January 2017.

    Interview

Interviewers were very frank, friendly and helpful. They help to actually reduce your tension a bit! Spoke a bit briefly regarding demonetisation, my schooling, graduation etc. As long as you don't stumble over words, make stupid remarks, the tables won't be turned. You just need to answer correctly (as much as possible), be a bit witty with your opinions etc and you might get chosen! be cool, calm and composed. Though i was unable to be the latter, they were still very polite with me.

    Interview Questions

    • some current affairs stuff, subject related questions, and personality questions (like strengths, level of over confidence, what do you expect a clerk job to be involving?)   Answer Question
