    Pros

Company culture is truly what you get when you come on board. They care about their people from the top down and really do try to make every employee experience a great one.

    Cons

Working in healthcare has its challenges and like most companies you’re asked to do a lot BUT unlike most places it’s appreciated and valued for doing so.

    Advice to Management

Keep a positive attitude at all times. Remember the front line employees take their direction from you, so if you’re positive and encouraging they’re more apt to be positive and encouraging with their team and our patients.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SoutheastHEALTH (Cape Girardeau, MO).

    Interview

Online application. Received a call to come for one on one interview with supervisor of department applied for. I was nervous of course but set at ease by friendliness and professionalism of supervisor. We talked about the job requirements, my experience that would be of asset to the department. Discussed the job description and requirements and what my work availability was in relation to my personal life.
