I have been working at Southeastern Grocers full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love that I get to come to work and be creative and collaborative with my team. Leadership is approachable and great to get along with. The quarterly "Straight Talks" from the executive leadership team allow the business to get an update on how we're performing in the industry. The level of transparency that has been displayed in the past couple years is incredible and it really makes it easy to get excited about your company and the direction we're headed. My manager is very good at recognizing his team for their individual strengths and value they bring to the team.

    Cons

None that I can think of. When you're part of an organization undergoing transformation you have to understand that there can be difficult changes that have to be made.

    Advice to Management

Keep being open and transparent with your team and showing recognition for a job well done!
