    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Southeastern University.

    Interview

The hiring process was fairly easy and it didn't take that long. I applied and accepted the position within a time frame of 6 weeks. The in-person interview consisted of 2 staff members and a separate time to meet directly with the Enrollment Director. I was given instructions to prepare and be ready to present for 10 minutes on what I know about the university. The purpose of the presentation was to see how much you knew about the company and to gage your presentation skills since the job required a lot of public speaking.

    Interview Questions

    • A time that you had a disagreement with a co-worker- how was it resolved   Answer Question

    Negotiation

I requested a higher salary since I was taking a pay cut but there was no room to negotiate. I accepted the offer and then received my graduate education for free as an employee so it worked out great!
