I have been working at Southern California Health & Rehabilitation Program full-time (More than 3 years)
Easy going laid back and family oriented environment. Work at my own pace with minimal supervision as long as I am meeting target goals... we good.
Too many staff come for licensing requirements, then leave. #Annoying
Advice to Management
Seek long term employees during interview phase. Discuss potential candidates long term goals as it is frustrating for us in it for the long haul to have high staff turnover.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Southern California Health & Rehabilitation Program.
I interviewed with 2 people (I don't remember their roles within the agency). Both staff members were friendly. Interview last for about 20-30 minutes. Most questions focused on my past work experiences and how the applied to the current position.
