the interviewers are not professional. They are not aware of the job requirements before interview is scheduled. I received a congratulations email from them that they accepted me for the position and requested bunch of documents which I submitted it all. After that they asked me to wait for the offer letter from HR to sign on contract and I was waiting more than month to inform me after a month waiting that I did not have enough experience for the position so they declined the offer

What is my teaching style ?
