Our portfolio includes more than 74 apartment communities, 6 office buildings and 3 hotels in Maryland and Northern Virginia.

Fun and play

Southern rents arenas every other year for its 1,500 team members to have fun playing active and brainteasing games. We buy out Six Flags park for our team members to enjoy a day off with their families. Team buildings, fun and interesting projects to work on, paid volunteering hours, banquets, holiday luncheons, sport tournaments and many more. Yes, you get paid to have fun!

    I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Southern Management (MD & VA) (College Park, MD) in June 2015.

    Interview

    I met the recruiter at Career Fair and was invited for the interview. Then I was interviewed by Hiring Manager and get to meet with the team. Also had to do about 4-6 skills assessments including MS Office, English, math and typing.
