    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Southern Oregon Aspire (Wilmington, NC) in September 2017.

    Interview

Interview was long, mostly from the owner of the company talking to me, and rarely allowing me to provide feedback- even after asking me questions. I was quiet during most of the interview because of this. I felt unheard and mildly put off; how was I supposed to show a potential employer what I could offer to their company if they would not let me speak?
