The salaries are good, I earned 21k as an administrator, although the role involved quite technical information.
The office politics is terrible.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Southern Water.
The first stage was a telephone interview (with an agency), then followed by a face to face interview at the head office in Durrington. Two interviewers in the panel who wrote down everything said.
