Training Programs for Employees

    I worked at Southland Industries full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    I believe I was treated fine when working there. I was left alone for the most part and aloud to do my job the best way I saw fit.

    Cons

    Just as with most companies, some seem to micromanage.

    Advice to Management

    Reward your best workers when they deserve it, not only when they ask. No one wants to see someone receive perks only because they asked for it.

    The interview was fairly strait forward. I was applying for a position that was away from the corporate office so I went through a few phone interviews with different people within the company. Overall I think it went really good. They made sure the process went quickly.
