Pros
Management is excellent. The kindest group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I’ve noticed that the people who complain about working here don’t actually like to work.
Cons
The children we get have major issues, I can understand getting discouraged or job burn out. But I have seen my coworkers in action and they are excellent. I would feel very comfortable leaving my children with them.
