I have been working at Sparkart Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great co-workers, excellent management, positive culture and environment. Management tends to promote from within. Great work life balance (no calls over the weekend, or after hours so far).

    Cons

Anything I say here would be nitpicking.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.

    Account Manager Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Sparkart Group (Oakland, CA) in June 2016.

    Interview

It was very odd... I never was shown around the office, or introduced to anyone I would presumably be working with.

The receptionist interviewed me instead of another account manager. She was fairly new, and couldn't answer any of my questions. After I read all of my questions to her (paragraph style), she told me that there was an hour long test I had to take. I finished it, thanked her, and went on my way.

A few weeks later, I got a call from HR asking if they had interviewed me yet. I said they had not, and they invited me for a second in-person interview. I politely declined feeling that their process was not something that aligned with my interests.

    Interview Questions

    • They gave me scenario in which I would have to create a social media plan for one of their clients, and to work within the client's budgets and limitations.   Answer Question
