Pros
Evolving digital solution that is rapidly gaining new customers. Very fast-paced.
Team spirit with a "let's get this done" attitude.
Accessible leadership that listens to ideas.
Hardworking colleagues, you'll never be the one doing all of the work, alone.
Cons
Smaller organization that means having to wear many, many hats or else things won't get done - and this is throughout all groups. The company is working to find efficiencies and clear delegation of tasks so this is already improving.
There needs to be a single source of information - information is splattered all over the company and everyone would benefit from a single place to go.
Advice to Management
There is so much talent that has been with Sparta for many years - make sure they know how important they are to our success. I know we are hiring like crazy, but don't forget those who have been here for a while and are teaching the newcomers the ropes.

The interview was easy. They asked me some behavioral questions like why I wanted to work there and what experience I had with Java and SQL. And they asked if I had front-end experience.
