I have been working at SpartanNash full-time

    Pros

This was the first internship I've experienced where I was actually given actual current projects in the company to work on. A lot of internships provide you with the basics, but this provides me with extended and well-rounded knowledge, making me much more credible. They really do a great job making the intern feel like an actual employee in the company, which enables me to perform my best!

    Cons

I worked overtime almost weekly (which may be a con to many, but great for me getting paid time and a half)!

    Advice to Management

Continue this amazing program and if possible offer it during the school terms instead of summer only!

    Application

    Interview

I applied online and waited a week and called to check up on it. Store manager said she doesn't see applications online so to come in and fill out a paper one. I did she watched me fill it out and said I got the job and to come in the next day for paperwork.
