    Pros

Great motivational atmosphere with knowledge of critical situations in desperate help to overcome.

    Cons

Being tough and understanding that you may not succeed in helping everyone ypu encounter with a disease.

    Advice to Management

Most people without certifications/ degrees in addiction and recovery, are most the time recovering addicts themselves and should be given the opportunity to share there "past interaction" with struggle. No one knows how vicious this disease truly is unless they can say THEY HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE. That, to me, is the most ignored thing in this field being that recovering addicts have the most impartial techniques to cure ir help.
