With a only a few exceptions, the restaurant has an awesome management team and staff who are helpful, reliable and fun to work with. Co-workers are genuinely friendly with one another and discord among co-workers is rare and short-lived.
Lower level managers lack communication skills and are not given proper guidance to develop successful management skills. Management provides no formal training to new employees and does not actively supervise, take part in or evaluate training of new servers. Results in inconsistency and less efficient operations.
Advice to Management
Require training to develop and improve communication for managers. Clearly define and communicate operating policies and procedures require adherence.

Welcoming for an interviewing situation. Phone interview first then 1-1 interview followed. I was confused that I wasn't moved ahead considering the interviewer stated in my 1-1 that I would be since I was a great fit and I would've been the first person to see the "boss". Got a follow up email three days later saying "sorry, but ... "
