I worked at Specialty Restaurants part-time (More than a year)
Go workers are great. Always busy banquet managers are great. Free food most of the time. Great place to g t experience.
At least the one I work for too much work for few ppl. Under staff. Company is always trying to save money so you get a room for 300 guest with 6 servers.
Advice to Management
Stop trying to save labor cost. Maybe the issue is not in labor since it's obviously needed.
