Great co-workers, some members of management were nice to work with. Free food was a nice perk.
Favoritism ruined employee morale. All employees were expected to be team players, but if you ever asked a department for help that related to that specific team, you were told to do it yourself. Also, if you managed your time well and finished your tasks, you were looked down upon for leaving work on time.
Advice to Management
Industry-wide, SRC's reputation is that of a company with a culture that does not reward employees based on merit. Instead, if you want to get promoted, you need to fit a certain physical aesthetic and either be dumb enough not to understand how to do your job or be spineless enough to allow members of management to dictate your actions. If this does not change, then the constant turnover and low morale will continue.
