    I applied online. I interviewed at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery (Seattle, WA) in November 2017.


    I applied through their website. The next day I received a call from their HR team and she asked me basic questions about my work experiences and why I wanted to work at Specialty's Cafe and Bakery. She then told me she'll schedule me for an in person interview with the managers the next day and that she'll just have to confirm the availability of the managers and I'll just need to wait for her call. Luckily, there was an on going job fair at Specialty's that day. I went to the job fair and applied in person. The interview process took 2 days. I was interviewed immediately by the hiring manager during the job fair and then I was interviewed by the operations manager the following day. Few hours after my 2nd interview, I received a call from the operations manager and he offered me the position.
