    Great Team environment, company fully supports employees, career progression within the company, No late nights, no weekend!

    Cons

    Sometimes I go home smelling like bacon or bread... my dogs love me.

    Advice to Management

    I understand that it is hard to have corporate in another state then your cafe locations. We really appreciate having field representatives from corporate.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery.

    Interview

    I received an email requesting for a phone interview via email and I responded with my available days and a broad time window. I did not receive any confirmation, reschedule or cancellation. Nevertheless, I waited for the possible phone call that never came through. This is a red flag. What a great impression they make! I am very disappointed and wonder about the way they treat their employees and professionalism in the work place.
