I worked at Spectrum Care Academy (Less than a year)
The good you feel you're doing. Overtime regularly.
No room for advancement. Female employees don't feel appreciated or respected as much as the male employees.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum Care Academy (London, KY) in June 2013.
I went to get an application, filled it out there, got a call back within a few days to come in for an interview. Interview was very informal and there was no negotiating pay, I got same pay as everyone else even if they had been there for years. When I got a call to come back I wore a dress because the role was not described enough to know it wasn't actually a professional role but a direct care role.
No Negotiation, standard low pay.
