Great staff, management values hard work, executives have open-door policy. Plus, full time staff gets the Friday off following a major event. Ticketing managers take care of seasonal staff with meals during event weekends. This food is much better than third-party vendors sell inside the track.
Low turnover, little chance for advancement unless you want to stay in sales. Seasonal staff is not offered commission for upselling individual tickets to larger sales packages.
Advice to Management
Sometimes there are too many ticket packages to offer customers, and sometimes ticketing managers don't communicate the details of the packages to seasonal sales staff before they are made available to the public.
