Our Learning and Development team are best in class, when I first started recruiting at a different agency, I had no support, no training and no structure. Advice to Management
Keep supporting and developing juniors coming up in the business, there's nothing better than seeing folks in their early twenties taking home 20,000 commission checks in a month!
