Straight forward interview process. Got contacted by recruiter, set a time to chat, then a video call with CEO. Consisted of completing a assessment and then another assessment at the facility. The recruiter was great and responsive. After the assessment I got another opportunity to chat with CEO- did not seem to remember our video chat. Was very dry and dismissive, which might of been an indicator of the company culture. Thought it was unprofessional that I was not reached out to after follow up email.InterviewWhy Spero?
