Mission: At Spigit, our mission is to help people drive ideation, employee engagement, and major returns for their organizations through crowdsourced innovation, so they never miss out on the next big thing.
Spigit, the world’s leading provider of ideation and innovation management software, today announced their new Spigit Technology Partner Program.
Spigit, the world’s leading provider of innovation management software, today announced the keynote speakers for Ignite 2017, the premier conference for innovation leaders and executives, held in San Francisco on May 4th, 2017.
At Spigit, we turn people’s awesome ideas into valuable business innovations and award-winning inventions. We’re a team of innovation advocates, architects, and aficionados who live to help our global enterprise customers develop breakthrough products and services in every industry, from healthcare to financial services, from social outreach to automotive design.
We believe that a company’s most valuable resource is its people, and the same goes for us. If you want to join a team that’s equally as dedicated to the success and growth of its employees as it is to its customers, check out our careers page. It could turn out to be one of the best ideas you’ve ever had.
Great things happen when talent and preparation combine. We’re a group of sharp, diverse thinkers who believe in an endgame of facilitated change through exceptional software -- and breaking convention to get there. After all, seeing in new ways is the only path to imaginative success, and that means having fun while doing what you do best.
Balanced, enterprising, spirited: how we work reflects our company’s mission to innovate and succeed collectively.
We have a strong belief in maintaining a work/life balance. With our waterfront offices at the beautiful Levi’s Plaza, coming to work is a daily pleasure. Have lunch outside in the pastoral park or choose from a variety of great restaurants just steps away, including access to the Levi’s café. Mindjet also offers daily breakfast options, and caters lunch three days a week for employees.
Aside from generous health, vision, dental, and commuter benefits, our employees enjoy weekly yoga classes and special membership offers from the Bay Club, located just one block away.
Break time can mean a game of ping-pong or darts, enjoying the office wine and cheese happy hour, or racing a co-worker to the top of Coit Tower at lunch. Keeping work creative and dynamic means taking time out to recharge perspective, and with twelve paid company holidays (in addition to standard employee PTO) employees have the time to step away and enjoy life.
I have been working at Spigit full-time (More than 3 years)
Really collaborative working environment, with engineering, product, and marketing closely aligned.
Customers love the product!
The physical office is great - nitro coffee, bright sunshine, a quick walk to BART.
If you hate change, not a good place. Like any start-up, lots of moving parts.
Advice to Management
Keep up good work on culture. Be careful that all the (hopefully) good changes to sales org don't cause chaos.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Spigit (San Francisco, CA) in July 2015.
Referral from an exec in marketing dept >> met CMO (my boss now) >> convo with CMO >> in-person with exec team >> got the offer >> negotiated >> accepted.
