"Out of touch management. Little morale building. Homogenous and non-existent corporate culture."

Negative Outlook

I worked at Spil Games full-time for more than a year

Pros

-Work life balance (most would leave at 5pm - and no one works on weekends).

Cons

-Completely idiotic management / clueless about direction
-Most VP's are 'robots' and trying too hard to hold onto their jobs

Advice to Management

-They wouldn't listen anyhow, so no point.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Spil Games (Ireland) in Jun 2018

    Interview

I sent my CV then they contacted me by email to schedule a call to know me better. The first call went great so we proceeded with a second one. After a week I did a follow up and they never replied. After a couple of weeks I received an email saying that the second call went great but sadly they had to wait until 3 weeks later to let me know because of badget issues (they were not sure to hire someone for the role anymore, because of the costs). I waited and then I did another follow up but I received no answer. They simply disappeared.
